All videos are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after creation. Please download your video immediately after receiving the email notification. We cannot recover deleted videos or provide refunds for expired downloads.

How long does video generation take?

Most videos are generated within 4-6 minutes. You'll receive an email notification when your video is ready.

What if I entered the wrong information?

Please contact support@videos.birthdayvideomagic.com immediately before video generation completes. We may be able to cancel and restart the order.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the video style?

No, refunds are only provided for technical failures or service errors, not stylistic preferences. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

My download link expired. Can you resend it?

Unfortunately, no. All videos are permanently deleted after 7 days with no exceptions. We cannot recover or regenerate deleted videos. Please download immediately upon receipt.

What video formats and resolutions do you offer?

We offer 720p and 1080p resolution in both 16:9 (landscape) and 9:16 (portrait) aspect ratios. Videos are delivered in MP4 format.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security.
